Great desk staff, clean room, place smelled like **** though, but it’s Michigan so maybe that's why?

Staff was great. They replace the fridge in pur room with no issue. Was a little disappointed that the pool heater was not working. I had called the morning of our arrival that evening askong about the pool. They made no mention that the heater was out of order so the pool was cold. Information that guests should be informed of when asking. Overall, a good stay.

My mom was just alittle upset that there wasn’t coffee makers in the room. She likes to drink her early morning coffee in her room in her pjs. Staff was really friendly, rooms were big and very nice.

This place was clean, staff was great and breakfast was better than the typical continental breakfast. The bed and pillows were a little firmer than I’d like, but I’d definitely stay here again.
