The room was clean. There was no elevator. Things worked in the room.Nice bed, nice refrigerator, a/c worked nice. The furniture was worn out and dated.

Good enough for a late booking but wouldn’t return
The non smoking room smelled like smoke. The coffee was terribly watery even for hotel coffee and the cheap styrofoam cups with ill fitting lids cause disastrous messes and burn hazards. It makes no sense that a hotel this size has no water dispenser even at breakfast.
The staff was nice enough. Pool was a comfortable temp. FYI no elevator.

Could have been cleaner. Found some hair and crumbs on the floor. Could also us some upgrading. Like TV stand was pretty beat up. But it was ok

Run away
It was awful. Holes in wall,edges of tables wore out, top of night stand peeling off. 1 wash cloth and 2 hand towels. Fridge with no freezer.NO ELEVATORS AT ALL. Beds were uncomfortable. Piaid $169 for 1 nightmare. It was not on the absolute worse condition of any hotel that I had ever seen

Bad. The experience started off with ******* booking. ******* gave prices for regular and non-smoking rooms with the non-smoking room a little more expensive. I chose the non-smoking room and paid a little extra. I get to the hotel and they confirm the entire property is NON-smoking.
We get to room 234, a king suite with a jacuzzi tub. We enter the room and are hit with a smell of mold/ mildew, most likely due to the carpet that went all the way up the tub. The tiles around the tub are broken and loose. I turned the faucet to the tub on and black pieces fly out of it. There was hair over the toilet and in the shower. The kleenex box was loose from the wall. You had to slam the bathroom door shut to close it and the same with the room door.
The breakfast could not even be called that. The egg paties tasted like powder and the biscuits were hard and falling apart. Lack of options.

The room was satisfactory but there was definitely no “wow factor”. Hallways were stuffy and and poorly ventilated. Parking lot was dirty. Beds seemed clean but tiny pillows. Only three bath towels for a four person occupancy. Breakfast was mediocre.

唯一真正困扰我的是没有电梯，前台工作人员告诉我们把车停在后门，这样离我们的房间更近，我们把车停了下来，然后门就坏了。我们被明确告知房间内禁止吸烟，但整个地方闻起来像****。我不在乎人们是否吸烟，除非这很糟糕，就像走在走廊上听到接触嗡嗡声一样糟糕，如果没有像我们所说的那样在房间里吸烟……也许我们看起来像一群吸烟者我不确定，因为我们没有人这样做！🤣我不会拒绝一顿好的食物，但请直言不讳。
酒店大楼有点老旧了。房间门从里面或外面都很难打开。自动贩卖机室里热得让人受不了，我根本不想从机器里买任何东西，而且一楼的制冰机也不太好用。
