Rooms were very comfortable clean and spacious , service was good but they need to keep an eye on their WhatsApp msg because after sending them you get no response or service until you call. Overall I had a very nice experience and I would definitely come back again.

Rooms were comfy. Equipped with basic toiletries a safe, kettle tea and coffee. Restaurant was really below average. Food was not good - fish dish was terrible. Staff was friendly. Secure enclosed parking. Breakfast is highly priced compared to what’s served.

City Lodge Bloemfontein was a great stop over for my road trip from Capetown to Durban, Staff and Service was excellent. Accommodation was ideal, Food was good. Overall experience with travelling with my family was excellent, receptionist made provisions for nearby rooms for my family.

Always feels like visiting home! Visiting since 2009. City Lodge Bloemfontein always welcomes you with warmth and friendly receptionists. The Lodge is well maintained, clean and updated to modern requirements. After 16 years still looking forward to coming home.

Best service rendered by the hotel and restaurant staff. The staff was friendly, welcoming and very passionate about their work, they made my stay absolutely comfortable and wonderful... Big ups to Thami one of the best restaurants staff members, his dedication is beyond measure.

Lovely crisp clean sheets and pillowcases. The room is neat, clean and tidy. Breakfast options were adequate. We did not find the Cafe that good for suppers. They were short staffed by the looks of it, as meals took very long to come to the table.

2025年12月入住一晚，房间号215。房间宽敞，浴室设施齐全。食物非常美味。员工友善。空调效果很好。临街的房间有点吵。途经布隆方丹时，这里是一个不错的停留点。
