好大的度假村,就在海边,晚上散步容易迷路。有运动设施。包三餐,自助,食材丰富,有不少蔬菜。可惜急于赶路,午餐没吃。
酒店设施不错,但整体清洁度有点差强人意。路灯昏暗,落叶很多。小木屋入口处不是很干净,不像客房非常整洁,但浴室有股难闻的气味。
位置很差,地方很散,组织也很混乱。付了那么多钱,连吃饭都找不到空位,不推荐。
餐厅选择很多,食物还可以,不过餐厅通常都挺忙的。
我们只住了一晚庆祝周年纪念日,订的是全包套餐。不幸的是,手环的芯片没有被编码,导致我们进不了房间,每次都得让工作人员陪同才能打开门。这体验真是糟透了。他们一整天都没能解决这个问题,我们只好早早回房间休息,免得深夜还要麻烦工作人员送我们回去。
泳池区的躺椅数量很少,根本不够住客使用。晚上的剧场表演也简直让人无语。收费这么高,服务却等于零!
照片无法准确显示房间大小,“豪华小屋”相对于所谓的“豪华”来说太小了。空调糟糕透了。一些工作人员态度恶劣,甚至有些不近人情。餐厅里还有蟑螂,而且他们对此漠不关心。我曾因为这个问题申请退款,但被度假村拒绝了。这家度假村简直就是“全包式”服务的糟糕典范,如果你之前住过全包式度假村,那么这家度假村绝对会让你眼花缭乱。
一切都很好——房间、食物等等。唯一的缺点是大堂的工作人员——晚上坐在外面,服务很慢,不注意,从你身边走过……健身房也有很多有氧运动器材,但没有长凳,有一些哑铃,但没有可调节的长凳,也没有杠铃凳
我们非常享受在 Grand Palladium 酒店的住宿体验。
工作人员非常友好,房间也很干净。
Wi-Fi 也很好。
两个小缺点:
- 房间隔音效果不太好;我们在房间里时能听到外面很多动静。
- 我们住了 10 天,只有一天没有主动要求就收到了补水。不过,酒店告诉我们每天都会补水。可惜的是,事实并非如此。
除此之外,我们真的很享受这里,而且有很多活动可供选择!
放松度假的绝佳去处
起初,我被安排到一间阳台上有老鼠屎的房间,床也很硬,这让我很不舒服。住了一晚后,我多次向前台咨询,最终得到了一间全新的、非常棒的房间,可以看到泳池区和美丽的日出。
Catherina 给了我很大的帮助,她推荐了我在住宿期间应该去的地方。
餐厅工作人员 Roberto 推荐了一些菜肴和好酒。
酒店环境优美。酒店位于偏远的乡村地区。步行到火车站大约 4 公里。附近没有商店,酒店内只有一家。
非常适合家庭和情侣入住。干净整洁。热情好客、乐于助人。到处都是友善的人。
自助餐厅的食物种类繁多。首先要办理入住手续,然后安排座位,最后点饮料,这些步骤有点繁琐。对于餐厅工作人员来说,这些步骤似乎没有必要,而且让人感到压力和困惑。他们应该专注于清理、摆放餐具和点餐。
在泳池边,人们很早就出门了,把毛巾都塞满了日光浴床。他们通常要到很晚才使用日光浴床,也就是在游览和午餐之后。在这里,务必按照海报上的说明撤回毛巾,并且不要在没有提交纸条的情况下提供新毛巾。我不知道其他泳池的情况如何,因为我去的时候只使用了标志性的泳池。泳池里有沙滩,但水里和出水口有很多石头。海边的日落很美。
酒店不错,但全包,食物也相当一般。他们有一家点菜餐厅,但总是客满。附近没什么餐厅,所以很难找到其他餐厅。
这家酒店也非常适合小孩子,每天晚上酒店都会在室外播放小黄人电影(没有观众),所以我们只能一遍又一遍地听同一部电影。
酒店和泳池的景色都很棒。
