Started with the guy having to let us in the room due to the card keys not working and then the door would not shut at all. It was over a half inch open because the jam was bent. Cigarette burns all over in the carpets. The bathtub was so gross We couldn’t even let our daughter take a bath. The food at breakfast was all expired especially the milk and the milk jug was disgusting. Looked like they refill it! Will not stay here again!
