The room was infested with roaches. Other than that the room looked dirty and run down. I don’t even know how they can remain open. Maybe a call to the county health department is on order.

Holes in everything. Puvic hairs in the towels. Bandaid on the disgustingly gross curtains. Broken drawers. Leaky faucets. Hair in the tub.

Our stay was for mid-travel, sleep only. Room was clean, but well worn. HVAC unit was damaged, but did work. Smoke detector was missing. Bed was comfortable. Despite pre-registration, check-in took several minutes.

We stayed in 3 different hotels during our trip. This was the first one and thankfully the other hotels after that visit were so much better. The bed was terrible. The furniture in the room was practically falling apart. The caulking in the bathroom sink area looked like it was done by a child and some kind of bug ran into a hole in the wall by the sink when I turned on the light. We paid less at a hotel in Pidgeon Forge and the quality was immensely better. We will never stay at a Travelodge again.

Staff was great after ******* incorrectly informed me of how many the room would sleep. We were expecting a pullout sofa for guest 5, but staff moved us to a room that had one at no extra charge.
