Staff was excellent. But the room had no closet. I was there for a wedding and was therefore unable to hang my dress. otherwise the room was great.

Very slow in restaurant, and we wanted more activity so we didn’t hang out at hotel. Quite sure it has to do with the construction at front of building. Once that is finished, all should be good and we will try again. The art was amazing and the humor of the penguins was super fun.

The room was old, needs refresh, better lighting, modern bathroom figures.
Outside construction detracted from the hotel. The good vibe of past years is missing

Current construction in the area made enjoying the downtown Bentonville area miserable. The hotel is over priced. The art was not to my liking. The good news was they allow foster dogs from Best Friends shelter to stay in the rooms and the hotel rooms were quiet. Nice staff.
