The room I was given was 85 degrees..what was considered AC was already on to the max. I called the front desk and told them and I was told maintenance would come take a look. Waited an hour .. no maintenance ever came. Waited for 20 min for the front desk staff to ask if I could switch rooms. Said no rooms were available as they were full. Literally no one was in the parking lot. Met 5 people at the front desk wanting to switch room as well because of other issues. The girl at the front desk told them as well they didn’t have any other room.. go on the website and they have at least 5 rooms available at said price.. asked for a refund and went elsewhere. I like cheap but this is scraping the barrel. Not good service the girl was young and didn’t even try to find me a solution. The guys in front of me even seemed baffled and they were truck drivers use to staying in shady accommodations so I was told. Check your staff. Make sure they at least try to help. The room itself def needed an upgrade. Everything was worn. I questioned myself even before I knew the AC issue.. pool looked nice. Plus a restaurant and bar onsite but didn’t get to experience any of it. This might have gone different were there someone else at the front desk.. bad service. I stay in hotels frequently from travel and this might have been the worst.
抵达后,酒店看起来不错。接待处后面就是一个大游泳池,房间就在后面。我的房间有两扇门,当我们到达那里时,有人立即走进房间。房间很宽敞而且看起来很干净。直到我们想洗澡时,浴室很脏,浴缸里有头发,而且浴缸里有油漆脱落,所以我们很快就洗澡了,因为我们要等一个重要的电话,我丈夫去了几次。令他惊讶的是,柜台后面却没有人,而且还有一个电话号码,以备不时之需。这样就可以不用门票进出。不错,很安全,但不是真的。然后我们终于接到电话(我们的猫逃离了看护人并被车撞了,幸运的是事实证明情况并不算太糟,手术后她很快康复了)所以我们终于恢复了。睡了一晚好觉,过了几扇门,一对夫妇在凌晨四点发生了一场激烈的争吵,持续了很长一段时间。客房服务人员刚刚开始敲门,我们已经到了七点钟,结果发现是错误的门,所以我们很吵。筋疲力尽,几乎没有合眼。总而言之,这不是一次愉快的住宿体验,而且对没有工作人员在场的开放式酒店感到非常惊讶。
由于其建筑风格,这是一家相当奇怪的酒店。这是一个巨大的大厅,房间的阳台、大堂、游泳池和餐厅都通向大厅。房间还可以,干净,浴室有点过时。包括非常基本的早餐。步行距离内有几家餐馆,酒店的日本菜很好吃,但有点贵,墨西哥菜也不错,也不贵。良好且免费的无线网络。中途停留的好选择。
吉列的华美达广场酒店是一家不错的酒店,房间干净,有一个室内庭院,可以在那里享用早餐,还有健身房和带热水浴缸的游泳池。设施齐全,适合经济型到中等价位的酒店,在经过黄石公园时绝对值得
我们只在这家酒店住了一晚,那就更好了。非常奇怪的建筑,给人一种冰冷、缺乏欢乐的感觉。房间闻起来不干净。幸运的是,早餐很值得。但如果我们必须回到吉列,我们肯定会尝试另一家酒店。
奇怪的酒店,房间没有向外的窗户,而是一个机库,那里餐厅和游泳池的噪音令人恐惧和压抑。清洁度有问题。浴缸位于卧室!!!额外的沙发很不舒服。早餐有限。
非常好的酒店,舒适又干净。经过一天的旅行后休息的好地方。网络速度很快,入住和退房也很快。他们要求你记下汽车的车牌号并确保其在停车场的安全。
我们住在这家酒店,我们对所有的服务都非常满意,我们每年都会住几家酒店,这是最好的、物有所值的酒店之一。
