希望您喜欢冷水淋浴。经过一天漫长的旅行，只想洗个热水澡，结果只冲了5分钟热水澡，结果却变成了温水/冷水。马桶注水时间太长，所以第二个人很不满意，我告诉前台说很抱歉，我们会考虑下一位客人，非常不满意，尤其是一晚的房费。
唯一好员工是餐厅里的露丝——她是唯一友善的员工（也是唯一一个面带微笑的员工）。我不得不换房间，因为第一间房里弥漫着漂白剂和化学药品的臭味，灼伤了我的眼睛。我不得不和一个年轻女孩（艾玛）打交道，她据说是经理，但服务态度很差。我还被告知，我四点入住后不要离开，因为回来后找不到停车位！第二间房好多了。
低于标准
房间里只有两台熨斗和熨衣板，这有点奇怪。没有小冰箱来冷藏饮料。没有空调，我们不得不打开窗户换换空气。床不舒服，而且相当小。淋浴的水压低于标准，虽然水压至少可以说很一般，但淋浴间堵塞，排水很慢。我们不得不把电视支起来，才能躺在床上放松地看电视。下次我再来科克，我宁愿住其他地方。
我们在那里住了一晚！我们什么都不缺！工作人员的态度从“非常友好”到“有点脾气暴躁”不等——但一切都在合理范围内。科克一家不错的酒店
这里的员工很不礼貌。我们的房间很热，酒店没有空调。我跟工作人员反映这个问题，他们笑着说开窗就行了。我告诉他们窗户已经开了好几个小时了，但房间里只有一点点风能凉快下来。工作人员随后给我提供了一台很小的风扇，押金是20欧元。当晚与前台工作人员的每次互动都令人非常不愉快。酒店餐厅的菜品味道一般，但价格比周围的餐馆和酒吧贵得多。不推荐再次入住这里。
