Room was good, staff were nice, amenities were ok, waterpark, half the slides were closed, no lazy river booo, and the big dumping bucket was closed. no coffee maker in the room, and I was sent an offer to upgrade for a low price and they said they couldn't honor it due to booking through *******.

Staff was very friendly and responsive to requests. Room wasn’t as clean as it should be, left over trash in the room from guests before and cobwebs in the corners. Breakfast buffet had a massive fruit fly problem. Food options are not good in the resort- thank goodness for the attached famous Dave’s which was delicious

Nice stay. Seemed cleanly. Maybe minimally run down in a few areas from age but nice overall.
Front desk rep was extremely friendly, accomodating, and kind. My apologies for not catching her name. Tall African American woman with long dark hair and butterly clips. So sweet!

Wonderful stay. Great location to visit cedar point. We got rained out, so we were able to go back to the hotel and hit the waterpark. The resort isnt huge, which made it really nice for the little legs in our group and the adults who had been walking all day really appreciated it too. The log ride was a pleasant surprise for our teenager who rode it multiple times. Their resort activities are more heavily geared towards little ones and our daughter loved the craft room, story time, and theming throughout the resort. All the staff from checkin thru checkout were friendly and positive. From the ice cream guy, to the craft lady all of our interactions were pleasant and they made you feel very welcome.

The property was nice. Staff was excellent. You could hear people in other rooms, when in your room. Could hear people talking in their rooms when walking down the hall.

The hotel room was very dirty. There was a stain on the sheet of the bed (I documented with a photo). I also took photos of the dirty floor with sticky stuff and hair stuck to it. There were crumbs under the sheet that my 10 year old noticed. I have to say, I am not feeling impressed by Cedar Point at all. There were several water slides closed due to lack of staff. I will not be staying here ever again. I was almost tempted to leave and drive home after I noticed all of this at 8:30 when we were in the room showering after the water park. Seriously yucky!
