It was out of season. Small boutique 7 bed hotel. Attractive bedrooms bar one at the end of the hall where the bed was uncomfortable. See my photos. Only friendly member of staff was the restaurant manager Pedro, half Italian and cheerful. Spotlessly clean. Nice cleaner who gave me extra boiled sweets for my throat. Bad WiFi connection at night. Comfy bed after I had changed from an uncomfortable dark bedroom with a writing desk and dark bathroom with double sink (forget the name of the room). I paid E75 single occupancy plus tax with a rather boring buffet breakfast. Had the weather been good, one could have sat outside in the garden area. Breakfast room rather sterile. It is the same room used for lunch (menu del dia) and S’Arc restaurant. 10 per cent off for hotel guests. Food average and overpriced except for their menu deal both lunch and dinner. Joanna was from Liverpool and considering I was too, was not the usual friendly Liverpudlian. Cool and efficient. Meanwhile her inflexible husband Pedro wanted to charge me E20 extra for a late checkout! I certainly would not return.
