They made me put a 100 deposit in a room that smelled so bad I had to buy carpet spray and use some of my perfume, then had the audacity to come check that room .. I was so scared to walk outside I wish they just give me my money back what a waste

It was very outdated and grungy feeling. Dirty microwave, hair and dust on the floor trim, very worn towels and sticky carpet. One desk guy was none too welcoming, the other was very friendly. It was inexpensive in comparison to other hotels in the area but as they say, “you get what you pay for “!

The room had a surprising amount of open floor space, which our family greatly appreciated after a long day in our vehicle. A goodly number of power outlets, easy to access. No breakfast, but we'd brought picnic fixings with us and were flexible. The night clerk was quick and professional. Not chatty, but not unfriendly. Ditto when he also checked us out in the morning. Some guests were noisy around midnight (Sat. night / Sun. morning), and we heard some firecrackers go off in the parking lot, but that was the only disturbance and quickly ended. (I did not feel unsafe.)

Why were my linens removed before I checked out. I couldn’t even shower…checkout was 11am my linens were removed before 7am while I was sleeping. WTH
