I had a slight issue with my reservation they claim they didn’t see it. Once I verified with receipt they gave me a room that smelt horrible, wasn’t clean & didn’t have a working phone. I had to go back down to front desk but the female employee (with glasses) was very understanding and switched my room. The second room smelt great, was very clean & spacious. I loved the mini bottles of dove they left out with clean towels. They offered free breakfast as well. 7/10 experience for me. They should clean the carpet for the second floor the entire hallway smell like feet & fix their juice machine breakfast options was very limited.

The rooms were pretty clean. The breakfast was not good. No eggs, no bread , one type of cereal to choose from/other dispenser was empty. The same lady making many waffles and tied up the machine for 30min. Juice dispenser was broke and coffee/hot water machine was broke.

The girl at the check in counter was super busy with multiple guests having issues, but she did a great job of prioritizing. She knew one guest was going to take longer than a minute so asked if she can hang on while she looked into her issue, then she checked me in pretty quickly. The room was clean and efficient for what we needed, we only stood one night. We didn't go down for the free breakfast so can't comment on that.

Good value
Good value for the money. It's clean and in good shape. Carpeting in rooms has been replaced by laminate which is nice. Breakfast includes powdered eggs, sausage and waffles but was still a little sparse.

我最初预订了两周，后来又延长了一周，总共住了三周。这期间我只获得了一次客房服务。房间清洁、更换毛巾和日常客房整理都需要我自己提出要求才能提供。我选择住在这里仅仅是因为离我工作的地方近，但酒店的服务和设施都必须主动要求才能获得，而不是作为标配。所以，除非你预算有限或者没有其他选择，否则不建议预订这家酒店。
