I needed to checkout 1 day early. I talked to the front desk and he told me there would be no penalty. I was now informed that there will be no refund! I will never use ******* or La quinta ever again!

Air in room was a bit stale and window is hard to open. Otherwise, great location. Nicely sized rooms, decent breakfast and very clean over all. Can definitely recommend!

Clean place. Had a first floor room with a loose window screen, which didnt seem real secure. Continental Breakfast was soso but did have the essentials. All in all it was ok. Great restaurant next door. Polish Cuisine

La Quinta Inn and Oak Creek 是我住过最好的酒店。我和我的妻子孩子强烈推荐大家来试一试。早餐很棒，工作人员都非常友好，工作效率也很高。我非常喜欢这里，以后每次旅行都会选择这里，因为前台的工作人员非常专业，他们对一切都了如指掌。从我第一次来这里，它就彻底改变了我的住宿体验。
我最初预订了两周，后来又延长了一周，总共住了三周。这期间我只获得了一次客房服务。房间清洁、更换毛巾和日常客房整理都需要我自己提出要求才能提供。我选择住在这里仅仅是因为离我工作的地方近，但酒店的服务和设施都必须主动要求才能获得，而不是作为标配。所以，除非你预算有限或者没有其他选择，否则不建议预订这家酒店。
菜单美味又新鲜，但如果你连续住几天，他们不会打扫房间，而且洗手池的管道也被头发堵住了。前台的男士非常友好。
