Staff communication needs to improve at this location. When we checked in, we were told we could have a late check out, as we had a race we would need to shower after, causing us to leave about 11:15. That morning, we were told it was not possible because no note was left and we needed out by 11. While checking out, another guest was saying they had been told their stay could extend another day, but again were being told there was "no note" and therefore not possible. Communication HAS to be better between their team members as the lack of it directly impacts the guest stay.

When we arrived at 4:30 p.m--with a 3:00 check-in time, we were informed that the rooms were not ready. It would be another hour, maybe. Maybe two hours.
The breakfast room had little to offer. The same slices of white bread for 3 days. No on restocked anything.

结果却被安排了一间双人房,窗户锁坏了,而且房间里还有一股狗尿味。
作为“拒绝特大床房”活动的组织者,我对这家酒店有所了解。我的行为举止无可挑剔。委内瑞拉被突袭的那天早上,其他客人聚集在早餐区/大堂观看MS Now的新闻。
经理对此很不高兴,关掉了电视。
所有客人没有争辩,都出去抗议。
前台接待员卡桑德拉告诉我,这间房有很多问题。她们说,过去90天里,烟雾探测器发出了超过67次警报。但没有人目睹过火灾或烟雾。
2026年1月5日星期一,总经理告诉我,因为3次烟雾警报,我需要支付1400美元。她要求我立即付款,否则就离开酒店。她打电话给路易斯维尔警察局。墨菲警官出警后,提交了一份强制驱逐令的报告。
