I received a call at around 730pm, asking if I was going to check in that night. Once we get there the lady locked the door, said they close the front desk at 10pm. We asked the lady what would happen if someone showed up after 10pm, she said they would have to wait at least 30 minutes before I can come to the desk, I live here so I’m on call.
The tub in the room was dirty, the bathroom had mold in the ceiling, cabinet door was hanging by a screw,the room has seen better days.
Not the best place to stay at all.

The toilet was stopped up and the front desk had the nerve to give me a plunger. That did absolutely nothing. Then had the nerve to say that I couldn't get a refund because I was there for 2 hours. Idc how long i was there if i can't use the bathroom and there isn't any more rooms. I want my money back. Luckily I found 1 3 miles away. Never again.

RUN FAR AWAY!!!!
Walked in and said I had an online reservation. Workers first words to me were “Why are you here?” With a dirty look on his face instead of nicely saying something like “what brings you to Jacksonville”. I travel with two emotional support dogs after loosing two children. I have all the documents with doctor letters. He wouldn’t even look at it and said they weren’t support animals and charged the pet fee. Room was disgusting with lots of damage. Area felt unsafe. Called the main number to report problems. Was offered an apology but nothing else. Was kindly told support animals were not free. Perfectly fine with that. I realize they aren’t the same as a service animal. If the front desk employee had handled it that way I would’ve been just fine,but instead I was treated like dirt and like I was a liar who was trying to work the system. He made me feel horrible.

Our first impression was pleasant as the female hotel staff member was very professional and accommodating. However, the experience took a nose dive after that. The outside elevator made a terrifying noise every time it moved. We were always scared to use it and we had to since we were "older" and couldn't carry bags to a second floor room. The beds were clean and comfortable but the kitchen was a wreck! There was massive evidence of water damage, a white piece of particle board covered where a cabinet door was supposed to be. There was NO Coffee maker, no trash can in the bathroom, and no ice. We asked the front desk for some plastic cutlery and were advised by a rude man at the front desk that we could walk to the nearest gas station to get some. Eight minutes before our checkout, we were rudely bullied by that same male employee that we needed to vacate. I do not recommend this place to anyone!

This place is not expensive. However it's not worth it. Motels in some 3-d world countries will have better accommodations. Checked out after my first night. Never received the refund for 5 nights I didn't stay. The hotel staff says it should be done trough *******. ******* says the hotel manager should approve. So think twice before booking a room here.
