Both dead and live bugs, poop in the hall (pet friendly), at one point no light in elevator so pitch black at night, floor was sticky, dresser drawers wouldn't' stay closed, cracks in walls, doors all shredded at the bottom, toilet is child sized, missing kitchen cabinet drawers... but the bed was comfortable and refrigerator was cold.

This place felt like a drug rehab dorm, it was super run down and in the end they didn't even have the room we had reserved.

I have never been given a room that has not been cleaned. Sometimes you have to stay in lower pricing of hotel. But this one will be a negative 5 review. Beds were used, trash in floor and trash bin. Did not have a handle to flush toitet. Dirty wet towels inside dirty shower. They ask you to tour before staying. Would highly recommend to take tour and do not check in at night.

We didn’t have any problems while there, however, the place isn’t clean, There were areas in the room that was coming apart. Did see a few roaches. They don’t clean very often and the refrigerator was filthy. Some of the people that stay, there are a little questionable and the man at the front desk assured me it wouldn’t be an issue. They should actually charge a lot less because there are better places for around the same price.

I booked online and arrived 10 minutes latter to not get a room bc office refused to open and closes at 9 had to get a cash room elsewhere following day refund to refund
