阿杰瓦酒店AJWA hotel 的设施和服务完全达不到五星级标准,却收取五星级费用。最多只能算三星级体验。我们提前退房后,酒店拒绝退还未住宿的房费。他们声称,只有提供土耳其医院开具的严重医疗紧急情况证明,才可能对提前退房予以退款。这绝非五星级酒店应有的服务标准。非常糟糕的入住经历!

感觉还不错,地理位置也可以,主要是房间大,住起来比较舒服,服务也不错,服务生英语还可以的交流顺畅,下次还可以来
踏入酒店,浓浓土耳其风情扑面而来,土耳其风格家俱、地毯、饰品、天花板的灯和绘画,从大堂、过道、到客房。 酒店的服务非常细致、讲究,我们还是第一次看到浴室里毛巾每一条都是放在一个袋子里的,而且换新的也同样放在袋子里。
酒店装修很好看,服务到位,符合金钻标准,可惜只住一晚,可以帮忙预定去机场的车。工作人员英语好,交流顺畅;早餐服务人员可以再精进一点,早餐也是,不太好吃(但相比别的酒店可以了)。属于是可以体验的当地风情酒店。
老城区酒店,位置很方便,周边有很多土耳其餐厅,距离地下水宫,索菲亚大教堂,大巴扎很都近。伊斯坦布尔打车有点乱,所以步行能到很多地方的话,就会方便很多。早餐在顶楼,可以看海景,选择也还可以。
我们在土耳其伊斯坦布尔犯的最大错误就是选择了阿杰瓦苏丹艾哈迈德酒店 AJWA Hotel。
AJWAHotel 的房间狭小、阴暗又冰冷,隔音效果极差,下雨时声响震耳欲聋。从房间窗户外望出去,正面看到隔壁大楼的窗户,那些窗户还贴着印有博斯普鲁斯海峡风景的塑料布,塑料布风化且破旧,眼前的景象像是在贫民窟里一样。电梯老旧,走楼梯比乘电梯更快。早餐种类有限且上菜缓慢,食物难吃。前台工作人员态度傲慢,反复推销升级到更大但同样昏暗丑陋的房间。当我们请酒店前台推荐餐厅时,他们把我们引向一家有合作关系的贵的离谱的餐厅。通往酒店的道路古老混乱,只能步行,打车的经历也令人沮丧。酒店员工多次承诺提供优惠以挽留我们延长住宿,却始终未能真正解决我们的投诉。

在携程预订了三晚海景大床房。没想到窗户看出去竟然是像贫民窟一样的窗景,而且酒店周边都是,批发小商铺,街道非常脏乱差,联系携程要求换房间,直到离开携程都没有给予解决。这是最糟糕的一次订房!!作为黑钻用户,对携程的服务和态度,失望至极!!!
和酒店沟通,酒店坚持说窗户是可以看到海的,并且前两晚说没有房间可以换,真是很糟糕的一次入住!
伊斯坦布尔行程唯一满意的一项就是订了这间酒店。酒店来自于阿塞拜疆🇦🇿,充满了他们的文化元素,小而美的精品酒店,所有的家具都是细密的螺钿镶嵌,能和以前只能在博物馆远观的工艺品亲密接触,感觉是非常好的。
位置:位于欧洲老城区,离蓝色清真寺,地下水宫,索菲亚大教堂,大巴扎都是步行可达,是那片区里最好的酒店了。就是交通不太方便,基本只能打车,如果坐地铁要走很多上坡路,且老城交通拥堵,停车也不方便。
设施:没的说,老钱风,金碧辉煌的浴室,非常满意。
服务:管家式服务,入住会有一个管家介绍酒店的洗浴中心,餐厅等等,我们本来是想在酒店用一顿晚餐的,无奈行程排太满,没体验。
免费使用水疗中心:如果不是住店客人,使用一次好像还要70欧,如果要体验完整的土耳其浴搓澡基本上100-200欧。我去的时候没人,独享了整间土耳其浴房,热热的躺在上面巨舒服。
有个小插曲,我预订酒店是到期自动扣款,一般都很顺畅,突然有天晚上接到携程电话说由于没有扣款成功,给我取消预订了。当时我再去看,大床房已经全部订完,和携程协商了解决方案,最后预订了亲子房(我们2个人住有点浪费一间房了),携程补差价。还是得为携程的服务大大点赞!
酒店离蓝色清真寺慢慢步行十分钟,位置算是很好了。
大堂和房间确实豪华,家具全是实木镶嵌贝壳。浴室龙头是镀金的。房间没有风景,可能更高等级的有。
酒店早餐略低于预期,品种不多,品质不错,风景很好。
缺点是酒店设施不多,水疗中心没来得及去,但除了水疗中心,没有其他了。
补充一点,到店要收12欧的清洁费,虽不多,但不能理解。携程服务很好,直接给退了这部分的钱。
房间和服务都还不错, 只是最后退房的时候莫名其妙的又收我们1800里拉,说什么服务费。 土耳其骗术无处不在
BTW 双人床的 床很小…………
房间很有特色,酒店人员热情礼貌!地理位置非常好,去主要景点步行10分钟。顶楼的roof餐厅,视野开阔,味道也不错!
