There was a broken outlet in our room so we could only charge one watch/phone at a time. But the real issue was that I reserved a king bed and was given 2 queens. Now this was our anniversary trip and we sleep in a king bed at home. We only stayed one night and not the two nights we paid for. This was not a last minute reservation but weeks in advance. Someone either can’t read the reservation or has never seen a king bed. Be careful what you ask for!! No apology, no we will change your room. Very disappointing and will not return.

Very clean and comfortable room. Lots of bed pillows!! Bathroom clean and good shower pressure. All staff were very friendly and eager to help. Breakfast buffet had good variety, foods were good quality, and even the coffee was decent!

We were woke up at 330am to what sounded like a bowling ball being dropped on the floor above us. This happened multiple times.

The breakfast is always amazing and lots of choices and you can have a well balanced breakfast. The fresh cookies when you arrive to check in is so wonderful and makes you feel at home. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. You feel like your at home.

The hotel was used for a businesses trip. Breakfast good, coffee good. The only negative was cost as

我得早点离开，幸好我没想睡觉。早上7点左右，客房服务人员开始在走廊里大声说话，有点烦人。
前台摆放着漂亮的饼干盘，但没有人。5到10分钟后有人来了，真是太好了。

我们每次来这里都喜欢住在这里。工作人员总是那么友好、乐于助人、热情好客。前台新鲜出炉的饼干和中午退房服务也让我倍感贴心！房间总是干净舒适。我们也有孩子，而且室内泳池全年开放，非常棒。强烈推荐住在这里！
我在这里参加婚礼，所以可以提前入住。工作人员非常友好热情。欧陆式早餐非常棒。选择丰富，而且每道菜都很热乎。我一定会再次入住这里。
