我预订了一间吸烟房。然而,当我们抵达时,却被安排到了一间禁烟房。浴室门后和床沿下(在房间里就能看到)都有垃圾。洗手池的塞子拔不出来,导致水排不掉,洗手池也就没法用了。马桶没有水,冲不了。我们给前台打了电话,然后换到了另一个房间。这个房间的门每次关上都会卡住,根本没法单手打开。虽然地上没有垃圾,但床上有虫子(可能是臭虫?),我们醒来后,所有裸露的皮肤上都有被咬的痕迹。
这是我住过的最糟糕的地方。因为是临时起意,我们当天就订了这家,而且这是我们能找到的唯一一家每晚150美元的旅馆。但房间的一切都糟透了。房间脏得要命,床单上都是头发和污渍,浴室也脏得要命,房间里还有蟑螂和臭气熏天的臭虫。天花板上有个大洞,吓坏了孩子们,说实话,我也被吓到了。我和家人因为害怕虫子和糟糕的卫生状况而彻夜难眠。早餐也差劲透了——只有一加仑牛奶供大家自取。卫生状况几乎为零。退房的时候,前台竟然没人可以投诉。
我们只住了几晚。
但我们真的玩得很开心,以后肯定还会再住这里!从我们下车的那一刻起,热情友好的员工就热情地迎接我们,笑容灿烂。房间很棒,我们非常喜欢房间里的热水浴缸,它缓解了我们疼痛的身体,哈哈。我们也非常喜欢酒店的按摩浴缸!还有游泳池。
警告:不要住在这里。
这是我住过的最差的酒店。泳池和热水浴缸都关了,我们问了一下,被告知周六开放,但至今仍未开放。我们退房后去了另一家酒店,他们说会退还我们周六晚上的钱,但他们从未退还,也不接我的电话。请不要住这家酒店,多付点钱,你会更开心。
入住时房间号错误。房间已被占用。问题已解决。房间干净,但明显有老化和磨损的痕迹。工作人员非常友好且乐于助人。早餐包括咖啡、果汁、预包装松饼和丹麦酥。
这家酒店外观漂亮,但门很脏,马桶坏了,空调冲不了水,地毯上还沾着水。早餐不太好吃。需要更多维护。楼顶的早餐区很破旧。
泳池和按摩浴缸是亮点。没有早餐,没有清洁服务,没有干净的毛巾。只有一张床。价格便宜。需要翻新。摇钱树。
一个可以休息的地方
这家酒店需要一些细心的呵护。员工服务不错,但能提供的帮助有限。他们确实尽了自己的一份力。酒店需要一些维护,尤其是浴室。维护工作看起来充其量只是些敷衍了事的活儿,毫无自豪感,或者只是迫于无奈,只好匆匆忙忙地修好。这家酒店潜力巨大。
位置不错,但房间脏乱不堪,缺乏维护。前台工作人员很友好,入住也很顺利。优点也就到此为止了。房间门上有个很大的凹痕/洞,他们试图修复。门框内侧的锁根本锁不住任何人,因为一晃就很容易移动。浴室地板上有虫子、灰尘和别人的头发。浴室门的两边都很脏。墙上溅满了不知道是什么的污渍。床单甚至没有完全盖在床上,而且翻了过来。床出奇地舒服。只住了一晚,不会再来了。价格太高,性价比太低。房间很脏,破旧不堪,没有保持干净。
价格实惠。前台人员非常热情友好。周边环境优美,床也很舒服。长途驾驶后,这里的一切我都满足。一定会再次入住!
