The AC doesn’t work. I called to make sure they had a jacuzzi but when we got here they did not have one. They had plywood over the jacuzzi. There was mold in the bathroom. Blood on the sheets and the fridge was dirty.

I was honestly scared to stay at the property but I was visiting my son in college & he came & stayed with me. It’s old looking & the hallways were dirty. Rooms need an upgrade terribly!

Staff was fine our room was reasonably clean. Breakfast ok. Our room smelled of smoke. Other parts of the hotel smelled as well. The door going outside didn't lock. The outside grounds had trash. Finally, I got three bed bug bites and we saw one bug.

Property needs some updates! Pictures are misleading. Hot tub covered with plywood. Parking lot full of trash, cigarette butts and potholes. Exterior lights out. Tv only got like 8 channels...none had NFL games on a Sunday! Breakfast offering is just OK.

The place is dated and needs work. Upon check in our room was nice size a little run down. The bathtub was dirty and there was a dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower bar. I went to the front desk and we were moved into another room. Same type of room and again could use some work.

The roof was caving in people were running up and down the halls screaming and a barbecue was running and I’m talking coals and bbq fluid blowing into the hotel. I was charged for a full night and was there for two hours.

The room was old for sure. The tv did not work. The floor was very creaky. The staff was kind the breakfast was delicious. The building just seemed to be forgotten.

I go to Akron every week for work. The last time i went the hotel i normally stay in was booked but i am familiar with Wyndham because my mother has a time share thru them so i went with the wingate. I was running behind getting to Akron so i had to go straight to work l called them and let them know i would be checking in when i got off work around 11:00pm they said that was fine. I arrived at the hotel that night checked in just fine I asked the manager or whoever was at the front desk if i could have a late check out especially since i was unable to enjoy the hotel during the day i would like to get my money's worth in atleast rest. He said yes I could check out at 2:00 pm i said thats great i go to work at 130. The beds were hard, there was a hole in the wall, i saw a drug deal in the parking lot from my loose window bottom floor room and the tub was dirty. I went to breakfast that consist of watered down juices and only hot food was eggs and sausage but they didn't want you taking breakfast back to your room. I ate breakfast and went back to sleep at 1130 they were beating on my door like the police when i told them i was told i could get a late check out the guy that told me i could pretty much called me a liar and said if i wanted to check out late i needed to pay an extra 10 dollars an hour. I told them they did bad business gathered my things and left and will sleep in my car before i return there.
