Large gap under door . Could see lots of light and hear lots of noise. No screen on window. Room was really hot even with air conditioner running. No hangers for clothes or drawers for personal items. Staff was rarely at front desk. No bell to alert staff. Waited some time before someone came to check us in. Toilet paper was like sandpaper. No shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Only small bar soap. Loud, room upstairs was noisyALL night. Sounded like they were moving furniture around all night. Seemed pretty clean. But not a lot of amenities. Very minimal so if you are looking for comfort this is NOT the place.

酒店回复: Thanks for your reveiw. We are sad to hear that your stay was not what is expected. We are in the process of replacing windows this unforuntately is going to take some time. We will have to take a look at the air conditioning unit as it was working before your stay. The front desk staff is on-site 24 hours a day and they are also responsible for doing property walks so they were probably doing a walk for guest safety. Plus we have minimal staff on holidays so that we can still serve guest but not have families without members. We do apologize for the wait. As far as the Shampoo we do have it and it can also be replenished if you need be. You are more than welcome to get all your issues resolved at the hotel if you ask we are happy to assist our guests. Safe travels.

Everything was perfect the only problem was my sink was clogged. Not sure why but the water wouldn't go down

The room was ok, though couldn't use the TV as there was no internet connection. Staff was absolutely lovely and cleanliness was up to standards. However, both cardio machines km the fitness were not functioning and there were floating pieces of chipped paint in the freezing pool.

We will have someone look at the cardio machines. We will look at the pool a bit closer too and try to adjust the temperature(we do try to keep it at a steady 80 degress though. Safe travels.

价格便宜，物有所值，但老实说，情况可能会更糟。
总的来说，一次还算不错的入住体验。酒店位置便利，就在I-25州际公路旁，去丹佛名品奥特莱斯和附近的购物区都很方便。酒店设施基础，房间干净，员工也很友好。如果你想在桑顿附近或丹佛北部找一个简单、经济实惠的落脚点，这里性价比很高。
