Beds were hard, rooms were clean, staff were nice, it seriously is an extended stay, I didn't take the name literally, that was my own personal fault haha, people were friendly enough

Good for a one night stop over
The bed was comfortable, everything was nice and clean. There's no ice machine and no coffee service in ur room. It was just a one night stop over on a trip to Tennessee. Staff was very nice and gave us a free room upgrade. Would stay there again in the same circumstances. Its a basic room. All i needed was a clean bed and shower. Not too juch selection for breakfast. Muffins and breakfast bars, coffee, tea, hot chocolate packets. No place to sit. It price was good.

The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean, but they were below average. It’s not a suitable place for a whole family. If you decide to stay here, be prepared to share the hotel with residents who stay there for a week at a time.

I paid for my room on line around 10 at night was at my job when I did this get there at 2 am and they won’t let me check in till 3:15 am will not go back to this hotel again in Bristol Va and I get hotels in Bristol every weekend

Our check-in was great, staff was very friendly, our room was great and parking was good. Only thing I would recommend is update your tv and remotes.

It was filthy and something in the room smelled. Ended up having an allergic reaction to something within 30 minutes of being there and went elsewhere.

BMS stay
Wonderful stay but lacking is suite supplies. When renting a suite I expect the unit to be fully supplied from the start. Having to ask for the coffee maker, cups, etc. and to have to shop for coffee supplies was surprising to me. Bed was perfect!

The pictures online of the property is far from the truth. The entire property was dirty, found dirty cloths from someone else on our room. We left the hotel on Friday and found a new hotel. I lost money on 3 rooms but we could not stay there. My guess is ********** does not care.
