First room we were given wasn’t clean. The second room didn’t have a door on the bathroom. The third room was better but the were so many noisy neighbors. Midnight is too late for screaming and kids running around. Didn’t want to say anything to management, maybe they were having a party? Not sure. Beds were comfortable.

There was a dead cockroach on the floor of the cabinet where the TV is, and there was a cracker bag and food scraps behind the single couch, so it hadn't been cleaned at all. There was no spare toilet paper, and only a few tissue boxes left.

Staff was courteous, but the manager was late in the morning so there was no coffee for a good hour or so. Room was OK for an older motel.

Worst stay ever had to change hotels. No hot water, shower head broke off and struck me. Staff was nice and helpful but hotel is in bad shape.

Staff is unprofessional & will access your info to contact you. Outside is unsafe & not the best place to crash if you want to feel safe also toilet was broken

The room next to mine had its smoke detector going off every 10 seconds in the middle of the night. When I called the front desk to inform them, it took another hour for them to fix it. But that fix only lasted for a few hours, it started going off again at 6 am. I called back and they didn't care, it was still going off when I checked out at 11 am. On top of that, the pipes in the bathroom would scream like a buzzsaw whenever one of my neighbors would take a shower. No amount of melatonin or my white noise machine could convince me to go back. My room itself was fine, but I should have chosen any other hotel on that street.
