Great place for one night. Bed was very comfortable. A/C worked very well! Nice and cold. The pool which we didn't use was a little gross and the pet fee was very high $50. We normally pay $20 to $25 but overall nice hotel close to the highways.

Pulled out sofa bed nd there were numerous tissue wads on and under the sofa bed. Called front desk and said they did not have a room to move me to since i had animals and i had to clean it up.

The breakfast options were good. Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off at 3 or 4am and scared us to death. It was not a fire, just a false alarm. You wouldn't believe it, but the night before in Albuquerque at a different hotel, we had the SAME thing happen...false alarm interrupting our sleep in the middle of the night.

Nice overall. Pool was too dirty to swim in. The door to our room was broken - had to lift to close it. Bathroom door dragged on the ground and had to force it open and closed. Friendly staff.

床一点都不舒服。电梯坏了。浴室的门关不上。所有楼层的制冰机都坏了。我预订了一间带客厅的套房，结果他们给了我一间普通房。当我告诉前台这件事时，已经没有其他套房了。
地方太糟糕了。人手不足，前台总是挂着告示牌，说没人，他们正在帮忙其他客人。早餐早上6点开始，到6点40分，食物几乎卖完了。房间很脏。走廊里的地毯都快掉毛了。员工很不友好，连电脑都搞不懂。欢迎来到斯奈德！

我们晚上10点左右到的。我累了，只想安顿下来。入住手续办理得挺顺利的，很快就到了房间。房间里闷热难耐。我走到前台，告诉前台的女士，她建议我调节一下恒温器。我又回去了，等了10-15分钟，还是没凉快下来。房间里还缺了一个灯泡，不过也没什么大不了的。我打电话到前台，换了个房间。前台女士人很好。新房间的空调能用，所以还好。但是，去了几次洗手间后，马桶冲不了厕纸。我说我明天早上再告诉他们。我只想睡觉。最后，淋浴间边缘有霉点，但我们没洗澡，所以我没在意。离开的时候我跟前台说了马桶的事。总之，我的体验不错。我的床单、枕头和毯子都很干净，工作人员也很好。如果你问我是否会再次入住，答案是不会。2 个不同的房间，2 个不同的问题。
首先，他们找不到我的预订，工作人员没有做任何事情来使用电话上丢失的翻译，他们根本不会说西班牙语，床垫很旧，我没有休息好，早餐或者咖啡都不错，体验不好。
