We booked this room after driving because they advertise a pool, however there is no pool, false advertising. The room heater is incredibly loud, there is no weatherstrip on the exterior door which allows cold and noise into the room. It was a dismal stay to say the least.

Staff was GREAT!!! The real bad part was yellow towels and toilet paper. Pretty disgusting. We had an issue with the TV but the staff corrected it quickly and were wonderful.

Beds were comfy. A little on the hard side, but still good. Breakfast was a good variety. Fruit was fresh.

Place has been refurbished with new lighting, new bathroom, new flooring and nice flat screen tv. Bed was good also. Will stay here again.l

Would not stay again
Front desk person asked if I had a pet and I told her yes, I was traveling with my dog. She then proceeded to tell me about the pet fee, which is fine, I expect this. But then she threatens me that if they find that I have more than one pet they will charge me additional fees and more fees if there is any damages from my pet. I felt very uncomfortable during the check in process because of all of these threats. I travel all the time with my dog and I have never been given so much details of the fees they might charge. It was excessive.
The room was marginal at best. Grimy shower, hair & debris behind the door in the bathroom and super uncomfortable bed. 100% would not stay here again.

酒店回复: sorry for the facing problem do apologias but on the registration card its clearly tell you we chare pet fee and if guest have two pet we charge for two pet,and also front dest doing there job they inform you our charge befor you check in .ones Agens do apologias thank you
房间很宽敞。淋浴间没有门，所以即使铺了毛巾，地板也会被水浸湿。淋浴喷头是顶喷式的，不能移动，而且只有一种喷水模式。没机会吃早餐。
