第二次入住了，孩子在这里度过了安静愉快的几天，好评。
酒店前台服务人员服务非常差，预定缴费是含早餐的，多收我们400多美金，很长时间才弄清楚，最后才向我道歉，我需要增加一晚而且在预授权满足的情况下，仍需要在刷授权，增加一晚的价格是1200美金，态度非常不好。
还要补充一下在这中间我刷了四次信用卡前台说没有收到，一共预授权四次每次是2800多人民币，酒店就说没有这个记录。让她们看手机银行记录她们也不行。感觉特别不舒服。
酒店总体舒适，因为多住几晚，发现后面有两天的卫生明显不如刚入住那几晚，估计不同打扫人员的标准还是有点不一样。
很Nice酒店，前台小哥哥上海人，特别职业和帅气。主动帮助订午餐。一楼下午茶很不错的，约了朋友一起下午茶，和上海半岛差不多感觉。没有仔细看餐单，点了一个冰淇淋竟然，啊哈，最后整个下午茶没有收费，实在不好意思呢。
早餐很棒。工作人员都非常友善。地理位置也非常好，下次还会再来！
这是第二次住这家酒店了。四季的基本住宿条件，比如被子、枕头、空调、卫生间、房间开阔等，这些都不需质疑，肯定是很优秀、放心的。楼下的有一家优质日餐，新派的。SPA很好。唯一不如波士顿老四季的酒店是，房间只是很现代，没什么风格。
