The property upgrades were immaculate! The hallways were clean and the fragrance Throughout the hotel smelled amazing. The front desk and hospitality staff we're very accommodating and professional. I loved my stay and would book this place again when visiting the ATL.

The Crowne Plaza was amazing. There’s shopping right across the street! The hotel and rooms were super clean and breakfast was great!

The hotel and room were very nice but check in staff didn't seem to be properly trained, she was slow, nor speak fluent enough English which was disappointing.
