The hotel is located at a walking distance of less than 500 metres from Patna junction.The staff were prompt in helping us check in.Our room was in sixth floor but that was not a problem at all. Two lifts were well functioning.They have got power back up.Water supply is ok.Shampoo, soap and moisturiser were all in place.Rooms were neatly kept.We would like to visit this hotel again.

Mattresses is very old , very difficult to sleep in the night . Ac and TV was not working, hygiene is very poor

Service standard is very poor. They should invest in training to their staff. Basic amenities like dental kit & shaving kit wans not available. Ac was not working properly.

I experienced the best Hospitality in patna in this Hotel specially I was very much happy with the Vikas ji .He was taking care of all our needs as much as was best possible. I with my family now always prefer this place to come.I want to thank Mr. Vikas again

Bathroom was dirty
Towel was dirty and have bad smell
Bathroom looks like train toilet
Reception staff was very rude and unprofessional.
