This was the BEST hotel we’ve ever stayed in. They had a free soup and salad bar with a complimentary drink each night and a stellar breakfast with friendly, amazing staff. The rooms were clean with comfy beds. The pool was great. It was a fantastic experience.

They are doing some remodeling so we walked through construction dust on 1st floor to get to our room.
The towels were not soft and there was no bedding in our room for the sofa sleeper
Parking lot fills up most days and is a very steep grade at sections.
Nice breakfast on the waterfront is the best thing about this hotel for the price.

The hotel is very nice. Our room is roomy and has the necessary things. The micro kitchen area has a microwave, refrigerator, coffee/tea pot as well as glass ware and cups.
In the evening the restaurant offered free soup and salad and one free beer or liquor shot. The free breakfast was very good and complete. Scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes(chocolate chip or plain) oatmeal and cereal. Coffee tea and juice.
Staff has been pleasant and helpful.

I was surprised by this hotel. We upgraded to a balcony room. It was really nice to sit outside at night and in the morning drinking our coffee. We got a free drink coupon at check in, so we watched the Mariners play . There was a big soaking tub in the BR where I could soak away my sorrows after the Mariners lost! Lol Staff was friendly as well. Definitely reccomend.

I wish the staff would ask for the spelling of my last name instead of telling me that they don't have a reservation for me. This seems to happen every time I stay there.

Great place to stay…. We have tried other places in the area, by far the best value, best run and managed, fantastic staff, and very comfortable beds. Highly recommend you stay here. We spend the night and catch the ferry going and coming to Victoria, BC. We make 3 to 4 trips a year.

愉快的住宿体验，早餐很棒，氛围舒适。停车场的无障碍设施可以再完善一点。我们退房装行李的时候，我在停车场摔倒了，当时是想去追一个手推车，它本来好像被轮锁锁住了，但突然松开了。为了不让它撞到一辆正在倒车的车，我摔倒在地，但总算是把它截住了，车子也没被撞到！我建议他们改进一下手推车的锁定功能！除此之外，这是一次非常愉快的入住体验！
每次住在牛津套房酒店都非常愉快！这里仍然是我们家庭出游时的首选，偶尔我们也会来这里度过个人时光。
这是一次很棒的住宿体验，还免费提供餐饮。

酒店不错，提供免费迎宾葡萄酒，附近有很多商店，只是早餐的选择有点令人失望。酒店门前的道路繁忙嘈杂。我要求一间安静的房间，但很遗憾，我被安排到了那条路上的房间。
