The lobby area turned into a club dancing at night with loud music. We stayed on the fifth floor and our room has this mechanical squeaking that is so loud we could not sleep. It is unfortunate because the area is nice.

Nice Hotel, Poor Management and Inconvenient Stay
Overall, my stay was just okay. There was only one working elevator in the guest tower, which was a huge inconvenience throughout my visit due to the high volume of guests coming and going. I requested additional towels but never received them.
While the hotel itself is nice, it seems to be poorly managed. There were stacks of boxes at the front entrance, which created an unpleasant first impression each time I walked in and out.
On a positive note, the hotel did offer evening activities for a small fee, which was a nice touch and added some entertainment options during the stay.

The decor is outdated. I would recommend changing the main scent also. Parking was easy and location was great.

I was agast that the representative at the front desk could not give me a room when I walked in. He said to sit in the lobby on my phone and reserve a room online. My email address that was registered with Bonvoy was stuck in a digital nightmare and I couldn’t log onto my account. I then went onto ******* to get my room. The entire hour the front desk rep knew I wanted and needed a room but he was simply a face hired by Aloft…to do what? Not helpful. In the morning the new representative at the front desk was amazing. Five stars for her. The housekeeping staff 5star. I witnessed other guests not happy with things but I understand that’s hearsay. If this place wasn’t right next to ACAC I wouldn’t stay here again.

Check in area not in a good location of lobby. It was “Salsa dance” night and the reception person couldn’t hear me, wasn’t attentive and was singing along with music. Didn’t offer any additional info on Hotel details for example about WiFi, parking etc.
