Staff was very accommodating and understanding when my ******* reservation did not show up on their system. After over an hour of hassle, no reservation, they gave me the best rate and best room available. It was very much appreciated after being on the road for 14 hours that day.

Room was good. Little noisy during day time. THin walls/doors. TV was messed up - No instructions how to navigate the channels. Towels were very low grade. Some were dirty. We could not use. Lobby and breakfast room were clean. Nice staff.

Cold pool
Everything was very good. The only complaint I had was the pool temperature was way too cold. I’m used to a cold pool but that was way too cold!

The property itself is great!! Kind of noisy outside at night because my room faced the highway and Main St in St. Charles. I probably will visit again, but ask for a room not facing the highway, if possible.
