Check-in was fine. Really, not much was said. The room was ok. Flooring was bowed and popped every time you stepped on it, and the air did not work. The room was hot. Water sputtered at the bathroom faucet, and the shower never got hot.

First room dirty. Moved to second room after several others were checked in. The whole staff was rude. Second room dresser drawers broken and bathroom sink faucet leaked everywhere. Breakfast we had 30 minutes left before it was closed but only eggs or a waffle no syrup no forks. Was told to use a spoon. Very rude

For the price I paid for this place, I would have expected a lot more than what we received! This place is way outdated, beat up and old. In the middle of watching TV, it shuts off and then when I turn it back on it says no signal. It’s sad to think you pay almost $200 of your well-earned money and this is what you get. Thankful we’re only here one night!

It was hair in the shower. No cable, was told they are having issues. Asked about compensation. NONE. The breakfast was okay, to be expected. The hallways looks gloomy and unwelcoming. Never will stay again.

Staff was pulling a double shift. Seemed very irritating with checking people in. Room was fine, didnt like the quality of the pillows, just not my preference. Entrance area is not clearly marked and parking lots around the property are tore up.

Intermittent TV service. Heat/AC thermostat didn’t work. Piece of baseboard fell off from walking. Towels were worn out. $75 incidental charge at check in, just in case?

The checkin staff member was very nice but i was originally given a key and assigned to one room. I walked in and the room was occupied by a different guest. My second room was unoccupied thankfully.
