The bathroom shower didn't work and neither did our TV the floors looked like that haven't been vacuumed and the dead bugs in the window was disgusting they wouldn't even change the room no one working there seemed to know English it was a disaster

Day 3 and housekeeping never came to our room. I went to the front desk and was told “we decided not to clean the rooms unless we’re specifically asked to”. We were short a towel and when we went to get one, we were asked to come back at 11:00. The elevator was disgustingly dirty, and the second floor always smelled like someone was cooking. Our keys didn’t work after checking in and then on day 4 had to go down twice to get a working key. Then I found out from a local that the reputation in town is that it’s used for hourly transactions. I’m not staying there again.

Rooms are disgusting the air conditioner filters were dirty room smelled musty. math tub had not been cleaned had someone’s hair shavings in it. nail trimmings on bathroom floor. The bed protector cover was very soiled and dirty carpet needed to be shampooed and vacuumed. when i booked it the total was 156.82 but when i checked in it was $300.70 had i of known this i would not have stayed no cleaner than it was.

Found cockroach in bathroom. Hair in tub. Toilet leaked. Property not kept up. When we left at 6am desk clerk was sleeping in chair. Went to get new batteries for remote and he talked on phone to someone the whole time he was trying to help me. Very rude. Never stay here again!!!

Checking in, the atrium was very hot. Front doors were open and ceiling fans were on for cooling. Had to wait to check in due to the desk being out of key cards. The elevator was really dirty and smelled with bugs in the ceing light. It looked like they had done some painting and carpet replacement in the hallways, but the room was in bad shape. The a/c was turned way down when we came in but the room felt damp and there was a musty smell. The smoke alarm was missing from the wall in the room and there was a very old power ***** that the TV and other things were plugged into. I tried to plug my phone into the ***** but when I touched it, the power blinked out. A fire hazard and no smoke alarm are a bad combination. I had reserved a king bed but ended up with two doubles. I'm not the biggest guy in the world, but my feet hung off the end. There were stains on the carpet and on the sheets on one of the beds (didn't sleep in that one), and the night stand had water damage on the top. The TV was also too big for the dresser top and the feet stands hung over the sides. The bathroom didn't have enough towels for all occupants. The breakfast wasn't good either. Apparently the guy working the front desk must live there and run the whole place since he was there late and first thing in the morning to work in the kitchen. The kicker was we paid about 2x the going rate since there was an event in town. Never again.

The hair conditioner in the main lobby didn't work so it was super hot anytime we had to go through there.
The air conditioner in my room on high and turn down to 60° took almost 5 hours to cool down the room because the blower did not work on it on high or low hardly at all it just barely put out any air flow. Also I was really unhappy when I went to use the restroom and there was a cockroach on the bathroom floor when I opened the door. I've never had cockroaches in my life and I was not happy to see one in my hotel room.

This place is a zero star dive. So bad we walked out and found a different hotel. Literally 100 degrees in the lobby. Zero a/c. The pool in the lobby was drained and moldy. The bar is permanently shut down. We went into our room to find the beds weren’t made, all the furniture was pulled away from the wall. Everything was unplugged as well. Went back to the front desk to find out they didn’t have any rooms ready and would have to wait for them to get one cleaned. This was well after check in time. The smell was also terrible! I want a refund. This place should be condemned and shut down immediately!!!!!! Give me my money back!!!! My wife said there is no way in hell we are staying here so we literally just walked out.

I got what I paid for$76 worth.
Older hotel in an agricultural area. Clean and breakfast was below average but was supplied. TV didn't work, asked for assistance, he didn't come up to the room. In his defence, I think he was the only person working. Air conditioner and Internet worked. Again clean linens and bathroom, slept well.
