The ceiling tiles were falling down, I went to the fitness center.Most of the machines did not work and the fitness room was dirty. I would not recommend this hotel.

We left Algona Super 8 and stayed our last evening here. It was being renovated. Our hostess was great!

Beds were not comfortable and sheets and bedspread had stains or something on them and curtains had stains. Bathroom however was clean. Looks like they are starting to update the rooms

Upon arrival, the lady at the front desk messed up the 5 room reservations, which were to be paid individually. She gave each guessed the wrong amount to reimburse me since she charged all the rooms to my card. Everyone Venmo me money, but upon looking at my credit card receipt, she had charged approximately $20 more per room than she stated at the desk. One of the five rooms, had soiled, unwashed sheets that looked like someone had vomited in the bed. We went down to complain to the the person at the front desk, and they simply ask us if we wanted a fresh set of sheets. Did not offer a new room. On our way home from vacation, I reached out to the hotel via the ******* app for which the rooms were booked. I have yet to hear anything back from. I was requesting a refund for the one particular room with these soiled sheets. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Great breakfast. Room was clean and tidy. Staff was very kind. Pool area could use some TLC. Broken loungers and lack of seating in general. Exhaust system for temp control could use some attention to.

It was ok. Very dated and ghetto. My room door didn’t shut correctly. Couldn’t open windows. The beds and pillows were terrible! I think the floor would have been better. The pool was ok. No towels though. Breakfast was ok, Better than some. The restaurant or steakhouse was good!

The good part was it had all the right things to make it a good place. Restaurant, bar, pool, hot tub. Just need some TLC. Staff were nice . T h e pool & Hot tub was clean and warm.
