The response to the recent review of this hotel written is completely inaccurate of the incident that occurred. If you are concerned with people looking at the camera that is in plane view of the public sitting in then you should have this behind a closed off area. You don't lock anything when you leave the desk unattended and if you are going to accuse the public of felonies or support your staff that accuse the public of felonies then why would you not have this area behind a secure space. You have placed the shelf for pamphlets beside the desk area and if someone is looking at a pamphlet and turns behind them your computer information is completely visible to them as well as your cameras. There was absolutely no interaction between anyone I was with and your staff as we did not want to lower ourselves to that level of behavior. From reading the rest of the reviews of this hotel it appears you have an issue going on with your staff that you should focus on addressing instead of defending situations that are clearly inappropriate. Landyn Curley you should be taking some management courses to brush up on managing staff. I also witnessed you conducting yourself in a poor manner the following day with another group of people who were bringing up valid points about there room not being clean and there dog getting sick. You should be leading by example instead of conducting yourself in such unprofessional manner. Starts from the top management level. Once again DO NOT STAY HERE. Horrible experience with staff and the rooms are not clean. Stains in the tub and dirty old rug.

This place has terribly maintained rooms. The furniture is very old. We had to try to stay in three different rooms. The first did not have a working refrigerator. The second reeked of smoke (it is supposed to be a non-smoking hotel) . The last one was just OK with a very old and dirty chair. We have to return to the front desk for towels (there were none in the room), and they acted as if we had asked for gold bars. It is also in a very rough neighborhood. We wished we had noticed there was a second La Quinta in Wichita Falls.

Definitely recommend avoiding this property. Corporate should think of selling it because a stay will cause one to re-think staying at any of the LaQuinta properties. Awful place. Dirty, rooms reaked of smoke, even non-smoking. Electrical outlets did not work. Mattresses were old, soft and sagging. The neighborhood was sketchy.

STAY AWAY!!! This place is not like the pictures. We were truly afraid for our lives. There’s a big sign (likes Bate’s motel) that says NO Refund if you made a reservation. Lights didn’t work, no soap, no towels, phone had no cord to wall, smoke detectors hanging down from ceiling, bed looked like had been used (many times that day). Gang activity in the parking lot. Front desk person said “Well what do you want me to do about it?” When asked for a working room. We ended up not staying and went to credit card company to have charges removed. The place was like what you would see in a gang movie. Absolutely disgusting place, staff, and management!!!

I had a hotel room for the first and second. They called me in the morning out of the first and canceled my reservation. They said a pipe vested. They did not return any of my points, which was 7500 for 1 night and 1500 for another night. They did not return my money. Horrible place will not do business with them again. Used to go there once every three months To visit my brother in prison. So I'm changing my 5 star to this. I did not know they were this shiesty! Thx n Blessed day 🙏 CLnChico2

We got there after 600PM so I'm pretty much locked into my reservation. I go in and the lobby is dark from the lack of lighting, I finally get to my room after they juggle room assignments around. The first thing I notice is no bedspreads and a thin blanket. I go into the bathroom and the door has been pushed in and the doorframe busted. Toilet paper sitting on tub because there is no roll hanger. Tub is filthy and has cigarette bunts on rim (non-smoking huh?) The deadbolt won't lock. No hairdryer. Internet not working, sheets wrong size for mattress, Room is in just plain terrible shape. Didn't even go ask far another room or complain based on my treatment checking in.

this motel is horrible with customer service, especially if you're white. Was cussed out and told I was a dumb white piece of sh*t for complaining about blood, other bodily fluids, missing items, holes in the wall of the room, and mold growing on the shower. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told no because they didn't want to bother to call her. So just stay away from here.

It was so bad we didn't even stay. We went to another hotel. The lights didn't work and there were red spots on the vanity (blood, lipstick, fingernail polish not sure what it was). This is a disgusting hotel.

Dirty inside and out. lots of defered aintenance. Room generally worn out. No soap just 3 bottles of conditioner. Footprint in tub debris on floor. woakways outside need a good pressurewashing sticky dried liqids from spills etc.

Not one good thing to say about this place. Roaches, no internet, no refrigerator, noisy, no one to check you out, no ice, no breakfast. Doubled charged me for the room and one answers the phone. Horrible!!!
