Originally booked over the phone. It was a little confusing but the reservation was there when we arrived. Super staff. Changed the reservation so we had rooms with connecting doors which was awesome with the kids. King suite and double queen. Spacious and clean. I don’t usually pay quite this much but I may have to reconsider that.

I can't tell you how wonderful the GM is at this property. She was kind and funny and helpful, helpful, helpful. I had two separate hotel experiences today. The hotel where I ultimately cancelled my reservation due to a front desk person's complete disrespect and then there's the Hampton where I was greeted with a smile and kindness. The rooms are beautiful and so is the entire hotel inside and out. Thank you for being so wonderful this afternoon, Katie. YOU were the experience today.

This was a great stay and perfect for our family with children! The staff was friendly and paid attention to details, even putting a Welcome screen with our name on in the room. The breakfast was excellent and had waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, muffins, cereal, and more. We especially appreciated the staff in charge of the breakfast, they went out of their way to keep food warm, stocked up, and they were incredibly kind and helpful. We highly recommend this location to other families!

You guys - they offer GLUTEN-FREE MUFFINS at breakfast! Such a nice treat for the gluten-intolerant and I am so appreciative. This is our third Hampton Inn on this road trip and the first one who offered a gf pastry - thank you! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the hotel shut down the water from 8 am to 5 pm due to a water line repair. I'm not sure why the repair couldn't be done over night as this was the day we had planned to sleep in and eat a later breakfast before leaving. The front desk did let us know about the water shut down before checking in and offered bottles of water.

Shower head was broken. Only had one setting that worked. The fitted sheet wasn’t on correctly. It kept coming off all night long. It made it for a long night !!

Great hotel
This was a great hotel and we would definitely stay there again. The bed was very comfortable and the room was modern and clean. It was in a great location not far from I-94 and downtown.
