I will be looking into what room you stayed in so I can address the cleanliness complaint as we hold our housekeeping team to a high standard. Can you please let me know in detail what you did not find clean in your room? We want to make sure we address this correctly as we take it very seriously. As for having to be sent to the lobby for towels, that does happen from time to time if we have multiple housekeepers working as they have a limited supply to use on their carts. We apologize for the inconvenience for having to get them from the lobby. As far as top floor and bottom floor room assignments go, that is always based on the avaialability that we have on the day that you check in. If you were not given a bottom floor room and requested one, it is because we did not have one available to give you. To avoid this in the future you can put in a room request ahead of time so that we can try and hold one for you. If you are willing to come back please ask to speak to management, we are willing to provide you with a much better experience.
