Luckily this was just a sleep and get up and leave kind of situation. The coffee pot was disgusting and had this white stuff growing in it. The refrigerator was Rusty and filthy. At least we hope it was rust. The bed was squeaky and dipped to the middle. And the air conditioning unit was very loud. The lady at the front desk was very nice and check-in was quick. I rarely give a review but I felt like this just needed to be known. So management can make some fixes. If they are so inclined to invest the money. If not at least just take the coffee pot out and the refrigerator out of the room. You have anything to ask.

I invited your house keeping lady in and she left out and came back and used her key card to get in my room she didn’t knock or anything just used her card to walk in my room and that whole night I felt unsafe, I don’t want her to lose her job just talk to her about it and tell her that’s not what her key card is used for

First of all, ******* and this motel are both fraudulent, I booked and paid for a double bed room, but was told all they had was a single bed when I went to check in, so I was told I would be charged a lesser amount and the rest refunded, when I received my credit card bill. This did not happen and I was charged an extra $23, ******* nor this motel was willing to do anything about it and said it wasn't their problem even though I have a receipt in my hand from the motel to prove it, what a scam, as well as the room smelled so bad we had to sleep with the window open all night because of the muskie odor which was making us cough non-stop. It was miserable, also there were lots of cobwebs and spider webs and every corner and and all around the ceiling, it had not been cleaned in quite some time, shame on ******* and shame and shame on this motel. I will be taking this to the better Business bureau. Beware of anyone else who plans to book through ******* or this motel.
