We were traveling with pets, one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Throughout our stay we were asked 3 times about their pet policy. Which they added things to each time. Pets cant ve left alone in rooms. Extra charge for pets. Etc. We booked saying we had pets so i am confused why after the fact we were told these things.

Everything was satisfactory for a one-night stay, close to where we wanted to visit. Free breakfast is more abundant than other places I’ve stayed on my travels. Worked out just fine. Check-in staff “okay;” check-out staff more friendly.

Safes in whole buildings did not work as I was told by front desk. Front desk employee seemed to be a l overwhelmed by a simple question. Refrigerator did not sit on shelf properly casing cans to fall over every time door was opened.

Room was booked for 2 queen beds. What I was provided was one king and a pullout sofa bed. When I inquired about being assigned the wrong room, the answer from the night staff was "we are fully booked". When I inquired further about possibly changing to the correct room, the response was "we upgraded you at no charge". For three large adults, two queens works. As pullout sofa is not ideal. Nor is it acceptable when I specifically booked something different. Interestingly, an adult couple were checking it at the same time we checked in, and the person checking them in verbally confirmed they were being assigned a room with "two queen beds". I've stayed here previously and had a great experience. I expected more from the staff this time.
