We felt neglected they did not even offer room service like fresh towels , bed made up with fresh lines. Room not smelling so stale. Wish they did not allow pets. We had a lady with two big dogs two rooms down . This dogs barked half the night. Would not recommend. They also wanted us to tp for room service we never got.

酒店回复: Thank you for your feedback and we do apologize for any inconvenience. For 2 day stayover we do not provide any room service but we do service the room upon request. We will look into dogs barking and do a better job of inforcing the pet policy.

Mattresses were comfortable, but the metal beds were really a bad idea. Everyone in our family kept on bumping into them with our legs. Not good.

Although the room and hotel interior was clean the bedroom was concerning. Room window was not secure, be although comfortable squeaked horribly with every movement. The desk staff was very accommodating and pleasant but the whole facility needs upkeep and maintanence. The indoor pool and spa was torn apart, exterior door key entry was not working and therefore secure. If I have a choice I would not stay there again.

The ac unit was literally hanging out of the wall. Daylight could be seen between the wall and the ac unit. No coffee maker in the room and with breakfast served from 6-9 am, the coffee wasn’t ready until after 6am. The need for us to leave early caused us to be unable to have breakfast before we left. It was disappointing to be charged so much for the lack of quality!

Our AC units were recently cleaned and serviced, and it’s possible the fit on yours wasn’t adjusted correctly. Our maintenance team has already checked the AC unit, and while it was secure, we understand how the daylight showing could have been concerning. Regarding coffee, breakfast service begins at 6:00 am every day, and items are prepared and stocked close to 6 to ensure they stay fresh each morning, which may have caused a brief delay. Coffee makers are not standard in every room but instead we keep our coffee bar open 24/7 in the lobby to compliment our guests.We regret that you left disappointed, we will work hard to provide quality service. Had multiple family members stay here and we all had issues in our rooms from doors not locking to no ac broken toilets ac leaking water in room we had to get moved to different rooms
