The staff member who were so nasty to my son and daughters should be let go! my children are 19,13,9 and stay at hotels every weekend during our show season have wonderful manners, they were leaving the pool and the staff told them they better not have pee'd in the pool or she would report them she actually threatened my children!! not to mention i paid for a double bed room and received a room with one bed had to sleep in a chair because lady was so rude up front he was afraid to tell her it was a mistake these staff would have better management just disgusting behavior!! and yes i was on the phone with him and heard how she talked to him upon checking in..suprised they have any business was not like this when we stayed last year

Everything was done well. Clean room, bed, pillow. Breakfast was very good and hot. Loved the bacon. We must of took the last juice everyone after said it was watered down.

I was in town for a concert and my stay, although short, was very pleasant. It was nice and quiet, the staff was friendly, and the room was VERY spacious (king suite).

Both the hotel and the room had a slight funk-smell. Breakfast lacking. Only egg choice was the faux-omelet. Mine was under-cooked, runny. On the plus side, there is a waffle maker. One can of whipped cream was outta whip and cream.
Area around the hotel appears to ne newly developed with a few choices (I had arrived ariund 10pm and hadn’t noticed them until departing the following morning).

The staff were extremely professional! Erica the front desk made special accommodations for us to obtain a much needed handicap room! She displayed tremendous kindness and understanding! Something we desperately lack in this world today!!

All was wonderful- we received a request to change our room for a free upgrade, which was great on our last night of a two week trip!
Our only suggestion would be to use soft/ yellow lights. The bright, stark ones are not becoming or restful.

Very convenient for events and activities planned on the south side of Lincoln. Helpful and friendly staff and comfortable amenities.
