Could Use a Scrubbing

The toilet and bed were clean and thats all we needed but the rest of the room could use a good scrubbing.

Base boards were filthy in bathroom.

Fruit was old first thing in the AM. Coffee pots were dirty. We chose not to eat.

It is older but would have appeared better if it were cleaned properly.

There were very few guests.

When we checked in, the woman at the front desk

was rude with us and wore a t shirt that had two hands on the front of it that were giving all the middle finger--flipping us off. On the back of her t shirt were the words f--k off, except it was spelled out in full. The young man the next morning was very good. I took my shoes off in our room for the evening. when I took my socks off they were black on the bottom. Carpet was filthy. We have stayed in Americinns before and had a great experience. In fact we have stayed in the W Burlington one before. We may never stay in one again

We chose this location for the low rates and we got what we paid for. We took our personal items to the room assigned to us. We used the facilities and discovered there was no water in the sink so we tried to use the tub to wash our hands. We could get no water temperature except for scalding hot. There was also no shower curtain.

We took our personal effects and went to the front desk and were given a different room with no difficulties. Upon entering the second room we realized it had not been cleaned. There was a case of empty beer cans and the bed had not been striped and remade. There were used towels in the sink.

We once again went to the front desk, the clerk got keys to a 3rd room and walked with us to make sure it was usable. We ended up with a queen bed instead of the king we had reserved.

The first room we were put in smelled of mildew so bad we requested a new room which they provided. The second room didn’t have a shower curtain which the provided after we told them. Thirdly the continental breakfast had a fridge full of expired milk.

One major complaint I have is that your breakfast has gone downhill I used to enjoy very much booking this hotel for the breakfast alone but the last time I stayed here the breakfast was very disappointing

Upon entry , it looked like a nice place to lodge. The desk clerk was absolutely efficient and very friendly. The morning Clerk and breakfast attendant was absolutley efficient and friendly! Now, onto the bad part of the story. Upon entry into the room the reality unfolded: door was patched with bondo, curtains were falling off, bathroom was very dirty, the bathtub was dirty, bedcovering had visible stains and dirty spots on white covering. It was a very unrestful night as people in the room across the hall were running in and out of the room slamming the door and talking very loudly from midnight until 4 am. These people went to the front many times and it is hard to believe the staff did not notice or do anything about. We will not be staying there again.

Filthy and disgusting

This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. There was something all over the bed, the tub was full of hair, the shampoo bottle was filthy, The floor was damp, the lamps were rusty, and the lampshades broken, the security lock was broken off the door, there were holes in the wall, broken tiles on the floor, and the bathtub in the bedroom needed to be taken out, the bathtub was duct taped together. Wyndham needs to rethink marketing this as one of their hotels. I was way overcharged paying $150 a night for this disgusting place.
