The hotel is under renovation but very clean overall. The only issue I had were some barking dogs and when I turned on the heater it made a high-pitch squealing noise before it actually kicked in and quieted down. Other than that my stay was excellent.

Did the check in, the girl at the lobby was very nice, gave us two extra beds as we needed. Went to the room to find roach in the bathroom, bed bug on linens, pillow without case, big bug on curtain. We had to return the keys at the lobby and left the property to try to find a better hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for no one to stay there! I do have some pictures but no where to up load here. Now, I am waiting to ******* and the manager to resolve to get a full refund of $1200 for two rooms for 3 nights.

酒店回复: Thank you for your feedback, however those are not bed bug as stated by front desk, they are stink bug that are common in this season. We also tried to accommodate for 4 adults wanting 4 individual beds, which front desk waved extra cost of rollaway and extra adults, however mentioned it would be hard to fit 2 rollaway in one double bedroom. You tried and did not fit and wanted refund which we cannot issue refund as you only stated 2 adults for that room, when booking and checking in 4 adults wanting individual beds. On our sites, it states we only have 2 queen bed per room.

The only good thing I can say is that the sheets were clean. If there had been another option close by I would have moved.
Wish we would have kept going and looked for another place. Didn’t sleep well at all. Beds were itchy and uncomfortable. Room smelled funny and not in a good way.

There was a strong mildew smell coming from the AC unit and the room was full of fruit flies and nats. We asked for another room, but I was told there wasn’t one, so we asked for a refund so we could go somewhere to find a better room and was denied a refund.
