TV only came on or off if unpluged.Was given another remote- it didnt work either! Was a$100 deposite that I hope goes back on my credit card! Clean & comfortable bed..Not much breakfast!

Our stay was good the bed was a king size it was comfortable. Staff was friendly the hotel is a little out dated but for the price ita a good clean place to stay.

Wasn't aware I booked a smoking room. Not use to that being an option so my mistake on my behalf. The smell of cigarettes was pretty strong. Otherwise not horrible for the price point.

Where do I begin? The heater/AC knob was missing so I wasn’t able to get the room warmer. Missing lightbulb on one of the main lights. Hole on the wall near the sink, swastika graffiti in the shower, cigarette burn holes on both bedsheets of each bed, safety door clasp broken.
I won’t stay here again. They could fix a lot of these problems with minimal effort and money but they choose not to do anything.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, hair dryer didn’t work in our room. Disappointed there was no water available anywhere for breakfast.

As always… The room was clean, stocked and ready to go. Check in was super easy…less than 5 minutes and I was headed to my room. Super friendly staff

This was probably the worst stay we have ever had and we have traveled a ton. The bathroom had a leaky toilet that pooled water on the floor and squirted water on your back when you sat down. The hallway outside was concrete and had holes in it so at 9pm when people rolled their suitcases down the hallway it was extremely loud. The rooms were dirty which really irritated us because we had our 11 month old with us. The lighting in the hotel was horrible. There was no overhead lighting and the lights for the bathroom had the fan attached to it so if you wanted that light on you had to listen to the fan with it. Originally we booked a room with a fireplace but when we checked in the attendant moved us rooms and I didn't realized the new room didn't have a fireplace until we got in there.
