No one there to book us in, had to wait in the heat, no toilet paper in the bathroom, the room smelt musty. The fridge wasn’t turned on & had been closed so it was full of mould. Pillows were lucky to be 10cm thick. One was stained after removing the pillow case as it smelt musty. We used to live in Gladstone & stayed there a lot for overnight stays away from teenagers. We also stayed there once a month for 10 years when we moved to Yeppoon as we still had work in Gladstone as it was an affordable price. It’s way overpriced now for the state of the place. Over the last 20 years the place has been mismanaged & let go. Nothing in the rooms has been changed in 20 years except maybe the bathroom vanities & the TV’s. Sorry, never staying there again.

Nice and relaxing vibe with big spacious rooms and a beautiful breeze and view... Along with a bargain price! I cannot recommend this hotel enough 😊 and they have an amazing entertainment area down stairs to entertain guests. Will be returning
毛巾很软。淋浴水很热。清洁度很差。楼梯和阳台都铺着地毯，好几年没打扫过了。枕头只有一英寸厚。不明白他们是怎么拿到经营这种地方的执照的。
新主人显然对这里一无所知。脏兮兮的地毯，脏兮兮的沙发，电视根本打不开，简直像个恐龙，到处都是垃圾，落水管也坏了。如果你有推土机，这里就需要它了。真是可惜，竟然有人不擅长招待客人，竟然买下了这些房子。
这个地方太脏太破了，前台工作人员工作到很晚。办公室没有按照宣传的时间值班，淋浴间发霉，床上只有床单，地板没有吸尘，冰箱小冷冻室里有血迹，真是糟糕透了，我忍不住要说，我真不推荐这个地方，真希望我拍了照片，我回来得很晚，提前一天退房，早上6点半。怎么也等不及了。
服务最差，管理层也很糟糕。我提前三天取消了预订，却不接电话解释原因。电话留言很可疑，交易方式也很奇怪。完全不专业，我感觉被骗了。
