We didn't even make the holiday due to a family situation. However, I would not recommend this hotel to anybody looking for decent morals, values and customer service. They were appalling to deal with from the point of booking through to communication. One lady on reception was honest and respectful when we called the hotel. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said of the management. Avoid at all costs.

Okay for an overnight stopover. We were told the restaurant was shut (despite saying it was open on the booking app). In addition, apparently all local restaurants and most shops are shut on a Monday! Fortunately, the receptionist gave us directions to a local supermarket he thought might be open and we ended up taking supplies back to our room. The room was underwhelming. On the plus side, parking was free and it was cheap.

我们是跟团去的,差评不对应。工作人员非常好,我们选择了全食宿,饭菜做得很好,味道浓郁,数量充足。房间很基本,但是干净舒适。在我看来,他们不应该受到不好的评论。
