Check in was good. The breakfast was bad. Some of the cereals were stale. Not much of a selection. The bathroom floor needs the grout cleaned. The furniture could use an update. The nightly charge exceeds the quality of the stay. The bed was very comfortable.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. They had the AC in the room cracked up to high to mask the horrible smell of the room. Businesses around had to lock doors after dark because the area was so dangerous. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy

Light and plugs by bed did not work and probably still don't work. Had to run extension across bed to plug in medical equipment.

It was clean, and the woman at the front desk was very sweet. The building and room itself were pretty
beat up. The entire building needs upgrades. We had to put a towel in a space above our door because the door was cut wrong and you could see outside. Just beat up in general. Our air conditioner struggled to work and made a grinding noise all night.

It was mold everywhere entire building smelled like mold. Sheets and covers were dirty when we first got there my wife and kids were afraid to sleep on the beds thank God we had some blankets with us. It was very hard to breathe in the room the first night. They had to switch our room to upstairs the next morning that wasnt as moldy

This property definitely provided a little bit more than I expected. I grew up in this area, so I didn't have high hopes for any of the hotels in the area, because most of them had been around since I was born, which was many years ago. However, this property was fairly decent. They are clearly doing some renovations in some areas, and when we walked into the room, there was a smell, kind of like the smell of an old hotel, like the little stiff air smell. But overall, it was great. I saw one bug when I was checking out that was in the bathroom area. If I had seen that bug the very first day, I probably wouldn't have stayed. It looked like a water bug perhaps. Some people might consider it to be a roach. I'm not sure. The bed was fairly comfortable. The room could have been cleaner. The carpet looked like it may have been a little bit older, and certainly the property could do for some upgrades. But considering the other options in the area, I do think it probably was the best place to stay. I didn't interact with the staff a lot, but the ones I did meet were very nice. I did not eat the breakfast or the continental breakfast, so I cannot speak to any of that. The parking was well lit. I was a little concerned about where my room was. I had to go to the very end of the property and come in through a side door and go up the steps. It seemed to be a little more secluded than I would have liked, so I did question how safe that was. But overall, everything was good.

Called front desk 3 days straight for non-working refrigerator in room. Told each time that a work order was oit in, but noone showed up. Beds too hard and too high - not recommended for elderly guests.

OLD-DIRTY-OLD-DIRTY-OLD-DIRTY-OLD-DIRTY-OLD-DIRTY
This was my first and last time staying at this location. The structure is old. The common areas are dirty and raggedy. The carpet on the floors is disgusting. The walls and doors are scratched up terribly. Surprisingly, the room wasn't as bad, though the heating/cooling unit could use a really good wiping down. The bed was nice and comfortable, and it worked for the two nights that I stayed. But first impressions are everything and when I walked in, I knew that it was a sub-par hotel. I used the community bathroom before I checked in because we'd had a long drive, and it was nasty. Beware if you have accessibility issues. Make sure you request an accessible room on the first floor, because THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR!! So be prepared to climb stairs if you're on the second floor. And for heaven's sake, please update or replace the driver's license reader at the front desk. It took us almost 30 minutes to check in because the clerk couldn't get the driver's license reader to work. It was raining the morning we left and the lobby smelled like mildew.
