The pillows cases and towels all had brown stains on them. One of the walls in the room and bathroom looked like there was blood splattered on the wall. Room service tried entering our room even after we said it wasn’t needed. Only gave us 2 bath towels for a family of 3. Went to get breakfast and there was nothing out except the condiments. Tried to check out and nobody was to be found but we could hear someone using the computer in the office behind the desk, I rang the service bell many times and was simply ignored. Lobby and hotel room smelt very musty. Curtains in hotel room were ripped and falling off the wall. The carpet was stained and beer bottle caps all over the floor.

Staff was nice but room was not. Overall it was clean but that was the only bonus. Lamp broken, curtain pulled down and nasty stains on the carpet. Room is tired looking and definitely needs updating. Carpet needs to be burned. Bedding needs to be replaced. It looks like the staff are trying but they have a big challenge with these rooms. If you MUST stay here, I strongly suggest you check the room before paying and unpacking.

The ac didn’t work. The curtains don’t close you can see inside the room. The carpet was insanely stained. The sink was dirty. We stayed in room 200 and TV ****** would not stop glitching.
