Staff was nice but room was not. Overall it was clean but that was the only bonus. Lamp broken, curtain pulled down and nasty stains on the carpet. Room is tired looking and definitely needs updating. Carpet needs to be burned. Bedding needs to be replaced. It looks like the staff are trying but they have a big challenge with these rooms. If you MUST stay here, I strongly suggest you check the room before paying and unpacking.

The ac didn’t work. The curtains don’t close you can see inside the room. The carpet was insanely stained. The sink was dirty. We stayed in room 200 and TV ****** would not stop glitching.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. After that, there's not much I can say that is complimentary. The already spartan breakfast was made more so by the fact that the waffle iron didn't work. There was no fruit, no milk for the cereal, and no coffee creamer. The desk clerk went somewhere else (his own apartment?) and brought out a cup of milk. In then room, the toilet had to be flushed several times to clear the bowl. The sink was stopped up and took forever to drain. The shower had two settings : fire hose or pelted with damp drops.

You need to do better!
We stayed in room 103 the tv had lines over it. The lamps were all torn. The door did not close right. It felt unsafe. The comforter was dirty.
