When I first booked I was prompted to pre check in and after that the hotel tried to charge me 71 dollars. Then when I get to the room and check in they tried to charge me again 71 dollars. The room smelled very old and dusty there was only one set of towels in a double queen room I had to get extra towels the tub looked like it was just used the beds was comfortable the tv didn’t work I couldn’t watch any shows or tv at all the WiFi data was low couldn’t access it WiFi and after I checked out I was charged a cleaning fee when I barely did anything in the room.

Excellent place to stay. Very reasonable priced. Staff were awesome. Breakfast was great. Second time staying there and will stay again.

The employees were nice and welcoming, the pool and hot tub wonderful, room very comfortable and clean, and being on the ATV trail perfect, definitely going there again and again. Also having our 2 chihuahuas welcomed was the best. Its a 5 star for our family.

At the Busiest time of day on a Friday they only had 1 person on staff that had to deal with many issues that needed the owner's input, why the heck wasn't she onsite.
there were over 15 people waiting.

Bedspreads stained and scratchy sheets. NO ELEVATOR! Why? Had to leave things in the car because too much to carry up stairs. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Hair on toilet seat the first time I went to use it. Slippery shower. No recycling container in room.

The thing I did not like was the pool was too cold. We were not able to get in it. Staff was very friendly. I don’t understand why these hotels do not have elevators.
