I was told at check in that I had not booked a pet friendly room and it’s why I booked there. No refund. I had to pay full price for another room plus the pet deposit. Not too thrilled because there was not an option when I booked to choose or not choose a pet friendly room.

By far the worst hotel experience iv had. After implying I was pregnant (I’m not) was holding my 5 month daughter, and telling me the hot tub didn’t work I was a little unhappy about that but whatever - after traveling and celebrating Thanksgiving I just wanted to get in the room and relax. Well I opened the door to a room that had not been cleaned yet. At this point I’m fairly ready to leave and just want a refund and to go somewhere else. They weren’t able to process one because I booked through *******. Well my 5 month old was fussing so I just took another room but continued to try to work with ******* to get some kind of refund and not stay the 2 nights. The next morning breakfast was sad cold and very limited. So all I had was apple juice. My kids were SO excited to go swimming and the pool of course was freezing cold. And something about a rotting deer head in the pool isn’t super inviting either, After everything they declined expedias request to give me a refund or even a partial, so that’s pretty interesting to me. More of a hunters hotel and not a family hotel. Pretty embarrassing for a hotel from my home town.

Spoiled food in the frig, hot breakfast was cold, eggs tasted like powdered eggs. Building exterior boards rotting, gutters hanging, fixtures held in place with wire or screwed directly into drywall, TV only had 2 channels. This review is not just for one room, but multiple. Take a walk around the building, a lot of wood siding is almost completely rotted off.

The room had a beeping fire alarm, they have 1 channel that worked on the tv. Mud on the stairs in the lobby. Would not stay again.

We called ahead and they said pool was open. Got to check in and pool was closed. Hot tub had a layer of something gross. Only 2 tv channels. No decaffeinated coffee in the whole hotel. Checked out the next morning. Never going there again. And the charged us 74$ for one room and 84$ for the second room. Exact same rooms. Horrible

Staff was great but we didn’t get the suite we reserved and they only had two tv channels working.
