This is by far the best Holiday Inn we have ever stayed at. The check in guy was friendly, efficient and gave a great restaurant recommendation. The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless, the breakfast has lots of option (including lots of fresh fruit), the fitness room had great cardio equipment and weights...my only complaint was the very strong scents from the Dove body wash, etc.

但预订体验却很糟糕。我是在入住当天预订的。即使我选择了入住当天，******* app 还是会自动将我的预订日期更改为第二天。
我知道这一点是因为办理入住时，工作人员告诉我房间是第二天的，而不是我输入的日期。当然，我是通过第三方预订的，他们对此也无能为力。
所以我又重新在线预订了一次，这次我注意到了这个问题。我注册的日期和入住日期是同一天，但系统还是自动将我的预订日期更改为第二天。我发现后立即进行了更改。我为此多付了 70 美元，而且第二天离开时也没有使用“自动预订”的房间。所以这次预订我损失了 250 美元。
