房间里的小厨房很好呀，出差不想吃外卖旁边就有Tesco可以买菜自己做。房间床还可以，就是枕头下面有毛发。酒店位置也超级好，公交地铁都超级方便，楼下商场超级多。
利物浦的人很热情。友善。自己由于在上个旅程中拖鞋忘拿了。然后英国酒店是不提供拖鞋的。然后抱着试一下的问了前台小姐。她很热情的帮我们找了二双拖鞋。真的很感谢。酒店房间很大。是我在英国住的最大的房间。而且靠近市中心。周围都是商业街。吃的。购物很方便。下次来利物浦还会再次选择这家酒店
九月第一周住的，一共四晚。位置很好，去哪儿都方便！房间很宽敞，还有厨房，太实用了。推荐！

但：
1. 淋浴水温控制有问题。
2. 浴室水龙头下水不畅。
3. 电视机位置尴尬，在床上看很不方便，也没有其他选择。
4. 没有洗碗用品（肥皂或海绵），所以无法清洗餐具。
5. 在六楼洗衣服时，一台烘干机不工作，而且没有水龙头可以排出烘干机里的水。
6. 窗户隔音效果不佳。
7. 酒店前台的Marian（来自菲律宾）非常棒，其他前台人员也很好。
8. 我们遇到的其他工作人员也都很友善。
