check in was like 5 seconds , ample parking , great syrup and working waffle machine , fire scrambled eggs. germaphobe so i didnt really like the beds but room was clean

Place is dated. Entering the hotel there was a moldy, dingy smell. Front counter was cluttered with papers, not inviting. Ceiling tiles walking to our room had water stains. No elevator so we switched to a bottom level floor. Bathroom sink clogged. Room was somewhat clean but smelled of mold. Breakfast was limited, sausage had an odd taste. Staff was nice that was the positive.

Room was comfy and clean. Hallway and other areas were clean also. Staff was very nice! Great breakfast selection!

Staff seems distracted, room smelled musty, bathroom had a used vape left behind and there was mildew in the shower.

This hotel was perfect for my stay in town for the weekend for the Virginia Tech versus Louisville football game great location, mixed area, mini food options not too far from the stadium

I just had my knee replaced and the elevator didn’t work! No towels, almost nothing at the in store to purchase! No ice…..what in the ham fat!
The bed did sleep nice ……hotel needs upgrades

We requested a handicapped room in advance but were only offered 2nd floor room with stair only access. It was difficult

The hotel and room were clean and comfortable! I had to check in very late and the desk clerk was still friendly and awake.
